Welcome at Casa Blue Marlin!The house is located in SW Cape Coral with short drive to Cape Harbour which boasts boat rentals, tour charters, restaurants and live music every Tuesday & Friday night.Cape Coral Yacht Club is a 10 minute drive away and hosts the Boathouse restaurant. A little beach on the river and a public boat ramp is there too. Great spot to watch sunsets from the pier.The house offers 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a huge pool and spa* . The lanai / pool area is equiped with lounge chairs to enjoy the Florida Sunshine. There is also a TV and dining area. The living room and master is also equiped with flat screen TV’s. If you are looking for a relaxing vacation – welcome at Blue Marlin.
