The dining area opens to a sitting room with french doors opening out onto the large screened in porch. A laundry room with a full size washer and dryer is off of the kitchen as well. The main level living room is spacious with comfortable seating and a large TV. The deck offers seating and a gas grill.The large, open lower level is a great space for hanging out. There is a family room with a large TV, comfortable seating, pool table all while taking in wide water views!! The lower level offers a split bedroom floor plan with one bedroom (queen bed) next to a full bathroom. On the other side, there is a 4th bedroom with a queen bed and twin with trundle. The bedroom is also next to a full bathroom. Both lower bedrooms have TVs as well. A mudroom with built in shelving leads to the lower patio with a swing and more seating. Several life jackets provided.A fire-pit with seating overlooks your huge private beach area. Large dock area with plenty of seating and a dock swing to relax and feel the summer breeze! This home offers 2 kayaks, a paddle-board plus 1 canoe with several different sized life jackets.
