No refunds will be given, including if weather conditions prevent your use of the pool. This will help avoid any violations with the FB police that can result in fines and revoke the homeowner’s business license.Suppose the occupancy is misrepresented or a disturbance is reported at the property. In that case, we reserve the right to terminate your rental agreement and will require that you vacate the property immediately without a refund. However, we are committed to your and our community’s comfort, so please let us know if we can do anything during your stay to make it more enjoyable.This property is licensed by the City of Folly Beach as a vacation rental property.
