Its open floor plan and 3 levels make it convenient for a family group and equally nice for 3 couples traveling together.While there are private spaces, the home also offers ample spaces to gather. The loft above the main living area offers a comfortable sofa and oversized lounge chair with an ottoman, a 55″ television, and a large sun deck.The kitchen is perfect for gathering with a large granite-top island, custom cabinetry, and a 24″ TV for the morning news and coffee. The dining table seats 6, and there is additional seating at the kitchen counter. Get your family and friends cooking together in the gourmet kitchen, or go out on the large patio and grill under the stars (the gas grill is near the back entry for ease of cooking near the kitchen).The lower-level entertainment room has a ping pong table, foosball table, darts, mini-fridge, and a comfortable leather sectional sofa facing an entertainment center with a 50″ TV, DVD player, Xbox, and more.
