***Must have a member of your group at least 25 years old staying the entire stay.***This is a penthouse sunset facing 4 bedroom luxury condo at the highly sought after Boardwalk Beach Resort. it was just remodeled and professionally decorated in the winter of 2022.The master bedroom on the water has a king size bed and cable TV plus a great view of the ocean and access to the ocean front balcony. THE MASTER BEDROOM HAS A PRIVATE BATHROOM WITH A JACUZZI TUB.The 2nd bedroom has a KING size bed and flat screen cable tv on the wall.The 3rd bedroom has a Queen size bed and flat screen cable tv on the wall.The living room has floor to ceiling windows overlooking the ocean, with access to the oversize private balcony and a queen pull out couch.The 4th bedroom or the lockout suite sleeps 4 and has a king size bed and a day/night chest which folds out to a queen size bed. 55 inch flat screen cable TV, an ocean view and its own private balcony over looking the ocean. The lockout has a private bathroom with a jacuzzi tub. It also has a kitchenette.With nine-foot ceilings, crown molding, tile throughout, granite counter tops, ceiling fans throughout and garden tubs and showers this condo has it all!
