High vaulted ceiling gives this condo an airy feel.This second floor two level condo sits on a Par-3, 9 hole executive course. Some amenities include outdoor pool, tennis courts, Ellis River hiking trails and clubhouse w/ excellent bar and grille.Please pack your own pool towels to use, if you plan to utilize the pool!Across the street is Story Land , Living Shores Aquarium and 5 miles from Conway Village and Settlers Green outlets. This condo is perfect for the active family. There is something for everyone to enjoy in the valley!GOLF- $10/per person per day- unlimited rounds. No reservation required for tee time. $15 for up to an 18-Hole Round; Push carts are $5 for up to an 18-hole round. Rates subject to change.There is a new swing set (2021) next to the clubhouse, inground swimming pool, and tennis courts. The clubhouse is opened seasonally for food and beverages. This is where you will check in if you plan to utilize these amenities.2024 “Daily Clubhouse Amenities Package” Rates (6 Guests)One day use for families = $20Three day use for families = $35Seven day use for families = $55Rate is inclusive of up to 6 people, additional $5/per person per day for groups in excess of 6 people.Fees are paid directly to the clubhouse on site or through the honesty box.
