Boat dock is not available for tie up or use of the boat lift. The large grassy grounds are perfect for playing football or finding your space for relaxation. The home is a stones skip from the waterfront restaurant Ski Shores Cafe and Marina, not far from the popular Emma Long City Park. Perfect for a retreat or family stay and less than 20 minutes from downtown Austin.Per the city of Austin short term rental ordinance the following rules apply to every vacation rental within city limits, with no exceptions: 1) Outdoor spaces are not available for use from 10 PM to 7 AM, 2) Parties and events are not permitted, 3) Occupancy limit of 6 unrelated adultsCancel within 24 hours of booking free of penalty!HOUSE LIMITATIONS: While we love to celebrate special occasions, the property does not operate as a venue.
