Description

This Property is located in the unincorporated section of mount pleasant,SC. It is completely gated, security cameras and buildings are monitored by ADT. The Copahee Sound is a hidden gen that people come to fish the tidal creeks, pack a picnic, bring kayaks/ paddle boards in order to explore the islands and inlets that open up into the intercoastal waterways. we have a driveway that can accommodate up to a 42 ft boat or 45ft RV. If you could please let us know prior to booking so we can plan accordingly. We are 25/30 mins give or take with traffic from downtown and about 15 mins for Isle Of The Palms, 25 mins for Sullivian’s island and folly 45 mins to an hr depending on traffic. We are a family of 3 that lives in the main home. You will find the neighborhood is quiet. Great peaceful walking or riding bikes. People are friendly and enjoy walking their dogs or taking them on a ride on the golf carts.
