Boat House Ground Floor #2 – 1 BR WaterFront, Wifi by RedAwningCome and stay with us for your extended stay.We have a brick Water Front home in which there have been constructed 3 additional apartment units. Each unit has its own entrance/exit and very little is shared. Off street parking is right outside your door.We have a fenced in yard for the little ones to run and play and YES, we are pet friendly!We are waterfront, and we do have decks and docks from which you can enjoy the water and swim, fish and launch boats. We also have a private beach but it can and will appear during low tide and can disappear during higher tides.We have High speed WiFi and a large Smart TV. Private parking is just outside your door.These units are all brand new and will have new appliances and furniture throughout. We have a brand new central heat/AC system and each unit controls its own temperature. The full size eat-in kitchen with vinyl flooring will be fully stocked with everything you may need to cook your meals. We have a full size bathroom with new tile floors and walls, with a combination bathtub/shower.We have hardwood floors with a few scattered throw rugs. We have a large charcoal grill for you to use to cook and grill your RibEye Steaks!This is a residential neighborhood – quiet and respectful and we intend to keep it this way. We have a fenced in yard for the little ones to run and play.This is perfect for a family coming into town for a few months at a time for an extended stay.
