Our essentials are provided to get your vacation started.★ WHAT TO EXPECT: With us you’ll find unique vacation rental properties that provide a consistent, upscale “home away from home” experience. These properties are individually and privately owned. We are available to assist you during your stay for issues and emergencies. Upon booking, you’ll receive timely communications about your trip. If you need anything before, during or after your stay, our local team is ready to help!★ SECURITY DEPOSIT AND ID REQUIRED PRIOR TO CHECK-IN. Our approved third party partner, Charge Automation, will verify your ID and collect your details to authorize the credit card hold for the security deposit. The security deposit is an authorization hold, not a charge. It’s a temporary hold placed on your credit card the day before arrival; reserved to cover damages to the property. Once the property is inspected after your departure, the hold will be released. If you have questions, please contact us before booking for more details.- Corporate, social parties/events allowed only with pre-approval from the host.- No more than 11 guests allowed unless pre-approved by the host.- No drop-by, unregistered guests unless pre-approved by the host.- No parking or driving on the lawn.
