Description

This is a special place. Three bedrooms and three plus bathrooms. It has both sunset and sunrise views. A private beach and close to the Popponesset Spit. Comes with kayaks.. Brand new kitchen appliances and new flooring installed in main floor and main bedroom. Life cannot get better than this.Please note that I dock my two private boats at the dock so use might see me once in a while. You can rent my 17 ft Boston Whaler with 115 HP motor for $350 per day under separate lease to qualified boaters
