Private dock and boat lift is available for winter guests, Jan – Mar.Going up the elevator to the second floor, you come into very bright unit and your eyes immediately see the water from the living room.Open plan living room with comfortable sofa’s, flat screen tv. Open plan dining area with table and chairs for 4 with extra bar stools at kitchen counter for casual dining.The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless newer appliances, such as slide in stove, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator.There is also washer dryer in unit in utility cupboard in hallway.The bedrooms are on opposite ends of the unit, and the master has king bed, with its own luxurious shower room and views over the bay.
