Studio apartment with a well-equipped kitchenette and full bathroom, located on the water (bay side) on Madeira Beach, just steps from the white sand beaches of the Gulf of Mexico! The sofa converts to a double bed as shown, and we also provide a Simmons Beauty Rest cot with a memory foam mattress for an additional sleeping option. The property features free off street parking (for one vehicle only), free laundry, a swimming pool, and dock. Ideal for long term stays.The apartment is located on Gulf Blvd, so we do get some traffic noise (mainly when outside the apartment). But is is generally quiet while indoors.POOL MAY BE UNAVAILABLE IN SPRING/SUMMER 2024 DUE TO REPAIRS/RENOVATIONS. RATES ARE DISCOUNTED ACCORDINGLY.The property is managed by a local property management company (Copeland Morgan LLC) and they maintain a 24/7 hotline for maintenance and other issues.Located on Madeira Beach, less than one mile North of John’s Pass. The building is on the water (bay side) and across the street from the beach. There is a public beach access path directly across the street. The building consists of 9 apartments in total, with a mix of long term and Airbnb guests.You’ll have access to your own private studio apartment, as well as shared common areas (patio, pool, laundry, and dock).POOL MAY BE UNAVAILABLE IN SPRING/SUMMER 2024 DUE TO REPAIRS/RENOVATIONS. RATES ARE DISCOUNTED ACCORDINGLY.Location, location, location! This is a small, but comfortable and well-appointed, studio apartment. But you won’t be spending much time indoors because you can fish and watch the dolphins and manatees from our dock, walk to the beach, or stroll down Gulf Blvd to John’s Pass Village and Boardwalk, less than a mile away. See our guidebook for more details on local beaches and attractions.While having your own car is the best way to explore the Tampa Bay area, ride share services are readily available, and the Suncoast Beach Trolley conveniently runs from St Pete Beach to Clearwater Beach, with stops at John’s Pass and 150th Ave (about 3/4 mile in either direction).
