The private, enclosed backyard offers a tranquil setting for outdoor dining & enjoying the fire pit.The Solstice Room, tucked away at the back of the house, is adjacent to the kitchen and dining room. It makes a cozy bedroom, sitting room or office and can be fully enclosed by drawing the privacy curtains.The “Jack and Jill” bathroom is located between the Sunrise and Sunset bedrooms and is easily accessed through either room.Shell House is one and a half blocks from Abbot Kinney’s famed restaurants and shopping, and the iconic Venice Walk Streets, and is a breezy walk or bike ride to Venice Beach and the Venice Canals.
