The huge yard has a pool w/ a spa and tanning deck, a fire feature, a lounge area, al fresco dining, and a gas BBQ on one end. The opposite end of the yard features a covered living pavilion w/ another lounge area, a dining table for up to 12 guests, and a napping teepee. There’s also an outdoor shower. This property is pure mid mod magic w/ lots of space for your entire group to spread out, relax and enjoy.** The pool will be heated to 83 degrees upon request with an additional service fee. This property is gorgeous yet livable – it’s the type of place where you can put your feet up and relax.** The term “Pets Allowed” or “Pets Accepted” at an ACME House Company vacation rental means that we welcome dogs only. No other pets are allowed. **SLEEPING QUARTERSEach of the bedrooms features a hotel-quality mattress, a flatscreen TV and ample storage. The Master Suite in the main house has a King bed, an en suite bathroom, and convenient access to the backyard. The second Guest Room has a Queen bed and the third Guest Room has a King bed. Both Guest Rooms share easy access to the hallway bathroom. The detached Guest Casita features a second Master Suite w/ a King bed and flatscreen TV – plus its own living room (also w/ a flatscreen TV), kitchenette, bathroom, and direct access to the backyard and outdoor living pavilion.
