Located on a ten acre private setting, this secluded, cozy cottage with rustic Maine charm, is one-half mile by car, bicycle or walking trail to Reid State Park. Relax and enjoy the ocean views from a second floor deck while enjoying that afternoon glass of wine. Seafood dinners are available just minutes away on the dock at Five Islands. Try sea kayaking. Walk along or fish from the cottage’s rocky shoreline. From a bench on your rocky ledge, watch lobster men pull up their lobster traps or watch sailboats sail by. A recent visitor has called the cottage and its location ‘The Jewel of Georgetown.’ Nearby, enjoy all that Reid State Park has to offer including its fabulous beaches and panoramic views. With an orientation towards the east, ‘Cottage by the Sea ‘ sits on a gorgeous piece of Maine’s beautiful coast. The rental is pet friendly. Order freshly caught lobsters from a local fisherman.
