We pay special attention to high touch areas like remotes, light switches and doorknobs, etc… All bedding is professionally laundered and sanitized with fresh clean comforters or duvets.This property has keyless, no-contact check in for your convenience.The Bollinger Duplex, side A is a very comfortably furnished and spacious duplex apartment located at 6909 Gulf Drive in the preferred, quiet area of northern Holmes Beach. This property is located about one-half block to beautiful Gulf of Mexico where you can walk for miles in either direction on the white, sandy beaches.This two bedroom, three bath unit sleeps six with a king bed, two twin beds, a sofa bed in the living room and a futon in the enclosed den area. A laundry room is shared by both units. There is a carport for undercover parking.There is a 32″ television in the living room with a DVD and VCR. There is a 20″ tv in the master bedroom and a 31″ television in the second bedroom.This unit can be rented in conjunction with side B next door for larger groups up to twelve.The Bollinger Duplex is a one week minimum Holmes Beach rental.Parking is limited to two cars.Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property
