A fully stocked kitchen including a Keurig and regular coffee makers, blender, and toaster, plenty of dishware, glassware, bake-ware, and cutlery. Dining area includes a dining table for 6 with 2 additional bar stools around kitchen island. A half bathroom, laundry/ pantry room with full size washer/dryer. The living room is furnished with a leather sofa, a love-seat, recliner, and a 55″ flat screen T. V. Owner is not required to refund any deposit or the Property Use Fee unless the National Weather Service orders mandatory evacuation in a “Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning area” for South Padre Island.
