Great family retreat in a safe and quiet neighborhood with community pool (2-minute walk), and located just 1 mile from the beach where parking is available. This beautiful 4BR/3BA home sleeps 11 (maximum of 8 adults and 3 children, with one king bed, one queen bed, two twin beds, a bunk bed with trundle (children only), and a queen sleeper sofa. The Master Bath features a whirlpool tub. All bedrooms and the living/family room are equipped with ceiling fans and large flat screen HD TVs with DVR capability. This family retreat also includes wireless Internet service, full-size washer and dryer, iron/ironing board, hair dryers in each bathroom, fully-equipped kitchen, gas grill, bicycles (3 adult (including tandem) and 5 child), 2 sets of golf clubs (1 male, one female) and a hose and an inside (garage) shower for washing off after a day at the beach.
