A prefect retreat that overlooks freshwater ponds with a private deck and rocky beach.Oversized windows give you a Spectacular Ocean Views from almost every window in the house, and the wrap around deck looks out to stunning ocean views as well.Master bedroom has its own private balcony with its own private bath. Located in the heart of the rocky coast of Maine, between York and Ogunquit.We have the rights to offer immediate property owners access to a rocky beach down from the house. The beach is shared by the property owners in the area. Only the immediate renters can use the beach ! If you are renting you cannot bring friends and guests to the beach. Because people have been injured climbing on the rocks and cliff , we do have a liability form renters must sign.
