The furnishings have all been updated for modern living. Stainless steel appliances, gas stove, granite counter tops and dishwasher for dining entertainment. Outdoor patio equipped with comfortable dining area and lounge space. All bedrooms upgraded to Queen beds. The over-all feel of the home embraces the warm designs of the Sea.SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS…The ground floor bedroom is perfectly situated to accommodate family member or guests unable to use the stairs. This particular bed has a remote-adjustable Serta Perfect Sleeper Queen. The grand staircase leads up to 3 more bedrooms all with treetop views. The master bedroom overlooks the pool and equipped with an en suite full bathroom and a large walk in shower with slate design. Flat screen TV and a very large walk in closet centrally located outside the room in private hallway cover all amenities of comfort. The other two rooms are spacious and brightly decorated offering an abundant warm charm. Both share a centrally located full bathroom at top of staircase.OUTDOOR LIVING & AMENITIES…There are front porches on each level to enjoy the quiet charm of the Meadow’s. During the right time of year, enjoy the fruits of the local trees which can attract a beautiful array of butterflies. Spacious backyard deck is covered offering two elegant ceiling fans with lighting. It’s an oasis equipped for outdoor dining with a additional lounge area for taking in the tropical surroundings. Private glistening heated pool perfectly placed to lounge and take in some sun. The shell waterfall offers the perfect touch in the oasis away from home.PETS…Pets are considered. Please either inquire prior to booking, or make sure to check the box that you are bringing a pet when booking, AND include size, breed, and age of the pet in Comments/Special Requests.PARKING…This home does not have designated parking but there is on street parking in the surrounding neighborhood. Please refrain from parking in spots marked “residential”. Guests may also park at the Old Town Parking Garage which allows daily and monthly rates.BOOKING DATES…This home is only available as a monthly rental (28 night minimum). We prefer to book by the calendar month (first day of the month to the last). We may consider alternate dates if the calendar allows or if the owner will make an exception.CONCIERGE SERVICES…Enjoy our concierge service to assist you with planning activities for your trip, from bike/scooter/golf cart rentals to any excursion you can think of including snorkeling and sunset cruises, jet ski rentals, parasailing, kayaking, fishing, paddle boarding and much more. They can also have your fridge stocked with all the necessities in advance of your arrival!CANCELLATION…Bookings canceled at least 90 days before the start of stay will receive a 100% refund.Cancellations inside of 90 days may receive a refund if we are able to re-rent any or all of the dates of the stay. The refund amount is dependent upon the rate of the new reservation. For multi-month reservations for January through March, a refund will only be offered in the event we are able to re-rent.
