Boreal Cottage is nestled in the charming seaside village of Seal Harbor. Located minutes from Bar Harbor, Jordan Pond, Acadia National Park and a short walk to Seal Harbor Beach.Our home is a true Maine craftsman’s house with a spacious lawn. We’ve created many memories with family and hope our guests will do the same! The cottage features natural blends of wood throughout to offer guests an inviting place to relax after a day of hiking, kayaking, whale watching, or lobster feasting. We provide high-speed WIFI to work from home, app-service TV, and plenty of books/ games to wind down with family/friends.First floor: The fully equipped eat-in kitchen has plentiful counterspace and storage with a pass-through pantry to the formal dining room. The master bedroom and ensuite bathroom are designed for a convenient first floor location with easy access to washer/dryer.Second floor: There are two spacious bedrooms with a full bathroom. One bedroom has a queen size bed and the other has a set of twin beds. A pack ‘n play is also available for babies.Outdoor: There is an outdoor picnic table, bench, and grill to enjoy the fenced-in, tree-canopied yard. A safe, public playground is also 2 minute walk down our low traffic road at the Acadia Oceanography Institute schoolyard.
