You’ll see butterflies and dragonflies in the right season! The backyard has a small deck off the living room with a hot tub and two lounge chairs. Follow the stone patio and you’ll reach the outdoor dining area with a large table and dining chairs and benches that seats 8-12 people. On the patio there is also a propane grill/smoker for your use. There’s a small pond on the property line that you can walk around and explore.BEDROOMS:Bedroom 1: Beautifully designed bedroom with a king sized bed, en suite bathroom, decorative curtains, nightstands, wall hung heat/AC, small dresser, work station, and a smart TV for streaming your favorite shows and movies (located on second floor to the left)Bedroom 2: Trundle bed with en suite bathroom, black out curtains, rattan chair sitting area, wall hung AC/heat, closet with hangers, and TV mounted on wall (located on second floor to the right)Bedroom 3: King sized bed attached to the common bathroom, nightstands on both sides of the bed with accent lighting, wall hung heat/AC, smart picture TV and closet with hangers available for us. This room opens up to the front patio with 2 seating areas and views of the butterfly garden.BATHROOMS:Main Level Bathroom: Spacious bathroom with a handicap accessible shower/tub, vanity, bench area and a single person sauna! Vanity, and wall heater for staying warm.LIVING ROOM:The main level is an open concept design and includes the living room area, kitchen, extra sitting area and a dining table for 8. Designed with gorgeous floral wallpaper, warm accent walls and a cozy leather sectional, the living room is a wonderful place to kick back and relax. Each TV in the home is a live picture TV, so when you’re not watching you can enjoy artwork displays. There are doors on each side of the living room – one set leading to the front garden and the other to the gorgeous backyard patio and yard.KITCHEN:Electric stove, small oven, smaller sized fridge.Kitchen fully stocked with: two slice toaster, sheet pans, baking pans, muffin tin, large and small saute pans and pots, strainer, cheese grater, pyrex pans, pie dish, measuring cups, measuring spoons, pizza cutter, peeler, can opener, ice cream scoop, cutting boards, kitchen utensils, 10 cup drip coffee machine, and electric tea kettle.A Note from the Designer, Kate Aubrey:I wanted to create a guest experience that incorporated the Hudson Valley’s seasons and the colors that those seasons represent. This also includes garbage pick up, linen pickup, hot tub service and pool cleanings.- Parking shall be allowed solely in the designated parking spaces- Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the premises.- Weapons are strictly prohibited- Please adhere to safety instructions for fireplaces, firepits, etc.- Due to the risk of fire, please do not charge your electric car on the property.- We do not allow parties or extra guests outside the maximum occupancy allowed on the reservation. We also ask you follow the good neighbor guidelines and abide by quiet hours after 9pm.- Please do not trespass property boundaries- Tents, yurts and other camping equipment are prohibited- There are security cameras on the premises (exterior only) and will not be used as surveillance for your stay. They are only there to monitor the property when it is unoccupied :)- The yard is fenced in. There is a main house on the property separated by this fence.
