The home has ample storage, polished hardwood floors, central air formal and two informal dining areas, spacious kitchen and living spaces throughout.The Lush, tropical gardens enhanced by landscape lighting, privacy fencing and oversized pool make this the perfect place to relax and enjoy time with family and friends in every season.Home Details:Living Room – Sectional sofa with sofa sleeper, sitting chair, flatscreen TV and full of natural light.Formal Dining – Just off the living room is the formal dining area with seating for 4Kitchen- The spacious open floor plan kitchen has ample counter space and is outfitted with all of your kitchen “must haves”. A breakfast bar with bar seating and informal dining area is also found off the kitchen. Double French Doors lead out to pool & rear patio.Primary Suite – King size bed with chest of drawers, large closet, full size washer & dryer in closet. Double French Doors lead out to pool & rear patio.Primary Bathroom – Located in the hallway next to the primary suite and has a spacious custom shower, vanity, toilet and ample storage space in the linen closet.Guest Bedroom- 2- Twin beds (can also be converted to a king bed upon request) chest of drawers, spacious closet and en-suite bathroom with shower, vanity & toilet.Pool Area / Gazebo- An oversized pool (heated from 12/1-5/1 only) whirlpool spa (not hot tub) is attached to pool and is surrounded by an elevated deck. With 2 sun loungers, outdoor dining table and chairs with umbrella and a custom covered gazebo with wet bar.Parking- There is 1 assigned parking space in the driveway. Additional vehicles can park roadside as available.Bottom’s Up Bungalow is located in the perfect location and is a quiet community close to the downtown action of Key West. The home is less than 1 mile to Duval Street, Beaches and Marina.
