Property amenities also include parking, dog run, & lush landscaping.The Space:The Kiawah’ is a completely restored unit on the second floor of a historic Charleston home adjacent to the Spring Islands resort-style pool. Please note: If upon check out, we see evidence of an unregistered pet, the $75 pet fee will be taken out of your SD authorization hold.We ask guests traveling with their pets to not allow them on any furniture to maintain the quality and cleanliness of our human centered spaces. **no pets on furniture and beds**We do not allow any installations of wall hangings, due to damage to the walls and/or wallpaper in the unit.
