The 1 bedroom features a kinh bed and sofa bed which sleeps 4 total. There is a full kitchen, gas fireplace and laundry shared foyer of the unit. Ski closet in foyer. The listing does not include ski lift tickets or Avalanche Bay admission.The condo is fully stocked with dishes, linens, towels, a full size refrigerator, stove, many small appliances and washer/dryer.Interaction with guests:Phone, text or email – text is preferred.I personally will not be at the unit to meet you. You will be reserving in your name and checking in just as you would any hotel reservation. I will be transferring the reservation to your name and you will check-in to get your key and parking pass at the Registration building. The front desk can answer any questions you have about your stay, such as where to catch the shuttle.Other things to note:1) Because this is a timeshare location, you will be invited to a completely OPTIONAL Preview meeting where they will share with you everything their company has to offer. This meeting is optional and you are not required to attend to be able to book with me.2) Upon check in you will be asked for a credit card as a security deposit, just like you would at a hotel.
