Owners that live in downstairs apartment are quiet and respectful. You will have the privacy that you need for a great vacation. There is a separate shared outdoor backyard with BBQ grill and furniture. This is a shared space with Owner and a separate one bedroom cottage off to the side of the house.Separate private access to the unit with electronic locks or key that will be provided.Shore Term Rentals is available 24/7 for any support that you need.Additional house rules:-We only rent to individuals over 25 years of age. Anyone under 25 must be supervised by an adult at all times.-No prom stays,-No alcohol consumption by guests under the age of 21,-4 beach badges are provided for your convenience.
