Steps from the beach and boardwalk.Ground Level is a 2 car garage with back yard access1st Floor is large eat in Kitchen and Dining room. There is a large entertaining and living room space with access to front deck with views of boardwalk and beach. Great spot to watch Sunrise/Sunsets and the Casino Pier fireworks. Full bathroom, washer and dryer as well as a large rear deck with access to large backyard.2nd Floor has 3 bedrooms and a full bathroom. The bedrooms sleep 10 in total. All bedrooms have Smart televisions. Rear bedroom has access to private deck over looking backyard.Kitchen is fully equipped.2 car Garage with backyard access. 8 beach chairs, a beach wagon and umbrella. Small cooler for your use.8 beach passes ($75.00 replacement fee)2 parking passes besides the garage. ($300.00 Replacement fee)4 Bikes for guests to use at their own risk.We supply fresh linens , comforters, bath towels and wash clothes.
