Great for a family getaway! This is the ideal location for exploring the many sites of Northern Arizona – minutes to Downtown Flagstaff, Snowbowl Ski Resort, Sedona, and the Grand Canyon. The house is loaded with amenities and fun for the whole family!Please note that parties are not allowed.Hot tub was recently installed and guests must agree to waiver for use of hot tub or reservation can be canceled by host.There is room for one car in the garage and 2 in the driveway. Overnight street parking is NOT allowed in the community.Note: Property contains external security cameras in the front of the house, and one in the backyard. The camera in the backyard is pointed AWAY from the hot tub to give guests privacy.License #21412196
