Our home is centrally located in a quiet West Sedona neighborhood. We are close to all amenities. Safeway, Whole Foods, dining, shopping and spas are all close by. We are in walking distance to Carroll Canyon Trailhead where you can hike or bike.Our home is a spacious, luxurious, new 2000 square foot space with a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath, split floor plan. It is a brand new home with fabulous upgrades and amenities. Our home is one level, no stairs. Hi speed Wi-Fi throughout the property. The en suite master bedroom has a king bed and a 55 inch TV. The bathroom has a tranquil soaking tub. The second and third bedrooms have queen beds with TVs. There are two full bathrooms and one powder bathroom. There is a dining table out back for 6 if you choose to eat outside and enjoy the weather. A propane BBQ is available if you’d like to grill. Ice chests, a picnic blanket and beach towels are available if you choose to picnic or go to Slide Rock. Yoga mats and board games are available as well.Our home is located in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. Please no loud noises after 10pm. PARTIES ARE NOT ALLOWED AT MY HOUSE. THERE WILL BE A $500/fine if you chose to have one. If you are looking to have a party, please go elsewhere. No smoking is allowed inside.
