New kitchen just put in December/2022. NO SMOKING ALLOWED. Use of Golf Cart is included. MUST HAVE A DRIVERS LICENSE TO OPERATE GOLF CART. Short walk or golf cart ride to private community Beach. This pier house has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Master has 1 king bed, 2nd bedroom has 1 queen bed and futon in living room. Sleeps 6. 3 new televisions along with DVD player. Fully equipped kitchen: dishwasher, microwave, garbage disposal, washer and dryer. Large dining room. Great outdoor deck with brand new gas grill and a charcoal grill as well as outdoor furniture to relax and enjoy your day. Lounge at the outdoor adult or children’s pool. Close to community center, playground, tennis courts and indoor pool. WiFi available. No smoking. Well trained pets are welcome and the dog park is right across the street.
