The community area has a pavilion and many large blue roofed covered boat slips directly adjacent to the private boat ramp. While it’s generally a quiet neighborhood, there is some ongoing new construction. Our home is located at the end of a cul-de-sac with a private driveway and ample free parking for large groups with many vehicles.
