To start, it is 75 ft from the bay. This proximity allows for swimming during high tide and walking the picturesque “flats” during low tide. It is walking distance to shops and restaurants in Barnstable. It is also walking distance to a whale watching boat that I promisee will not disappoint. There is an ample breeze that flows through the cottage and you have your choice to shower inside or out with plenty of privacy provided. The eating area is set up next to a beautiful bay window with full view of the water and all it has to offer. You can enjoy the breathtaking sunsets from the comfort of the cottage or have a glass of wine on the immaculate patio right outside the house. The owners provide a number of beach chairs, umbrellas, and gallon games, so no need to pack your own. Finally, the beach is considered private property so it is a quiet setting with only a few friendly neibghbors walking periodically.
