THE UPSTAIRS UNIT IS IDENTICAL TO THE DOWNSTAIRS AND CAN BE RENTED TOGETHER.Guests can access RIGHT Garage as well as the Downstairs oceanfront unit.IMPORTANT HOME NOTES – MUST READ- Upon completion of reservation tenants will be required to comply with the HOUSE RULES (including additional rules) outlined in our online Advertisement. Please review prior to submitting your booking.-Tenants will be held responsible for any/all penalties and fines incurred during their stay as well as loss of rental revenue resulting from the suspension or revocation of the Property City Lodging Permit.- Upon arrival, the guest agrees to be greeted by a staff member to verify identification matching the primary reservation holder. The primary reservation holder must be present throughout the duration of the reservation. Any exceptions must be approved in writing by Tower 17 Properties & Management.- Guests submitting a reservation the same day as their arrival date are advised to message Tower 17 Properties prior to submitting their request. Same-day reservations may be required to accept a later than advertised arrival time of 5 pm to ensure the completion of our cleaning and inspection process.- Must be 30+ Years Old to Rent-This is a DUPLEX HOME, you are renting Identical Upper and Lower 3 Bed/2Bath Units.- DAYTIME & OVERNIGHT Maximum Occupancy Limit – 8 (You may not exceed Occupancy without written consent from Tower 17 Properties and Management)-Please review house rules regarding noise, day/nighttime occupancy, etc.- Must Provide Documentation for Service Animals.-(2) Designated parking spots are provided. If a pet is brought to the property without notification, a charge of $499 plus tax and applicable fees will be charged to your reservation.-In the winter season, coastal sand remediation projects often take place on the beach adjacent to the property.
