The family room is centered around a beautiful gas fireplace with a 65″ flat screen smart TV above and plenty of comfortable seating. This floor also has a full bathroom with a marble top vanity and tiled shower.Two sets of sliding glass doors open to the wrap-around deck for dining and lounging. An enclosed outdoor shower is available to cool down or rejuvenate under the sun or stars. Stairs from the deck lead you to your own private beach with plenty of beach chairs available .On the second floor, you’ll discover:- The Master bedroom featuring a private oceanfront balcony overlooking Cape Cod Bay, a TV, chair, dresser, nightstands and plenty of closet space. This room runs the entire length of the house, creating a great separate space for the kids to call their own.Outside, you’ll find yourself surrounded by natural beauty. Private beach access from the rear deck makes it easy to stroll along the shore, soak up the sun, or enjoy a refreshing dip in the ocean. The front of the house faces the pristine salt marsh, perfect for watching the local wildlife and enjoying the tranquility of the coastal ecosystem.All of your linens are included – bed linens, bath towels, and beach towels. We also have beach chairs and beach toys for use during your stay.
