The unit is located over the lagoon pool, one of the most desired locations at Long Beach. The owner of this unit spared no expense when remodeling and furnishing and it shows!The whole condo is tiled, so no carpet! The living room has plenty of seating with a large sectional couch and a flat screen TV. The dining room table seats eight, along with three seats at the breakfast bar. The kitchen features brand new cabinets, brand new stainless steel appliances, beautiful backsplash, and leathered granite countertops. The master bedroom has a king bed and flat screen TV. The master bath offers a walk in shower and a soaking tub. The guest bedroom offers two queens and a flat screen TV. The guest bathroom also features a large walk in shower. The third bedroom has a queen bed and a flat screen tv. The third bathroom has a large walk in shower. All three bathrooms have brand new cabinets and leathered granite counter tops.Long Beach Resort has gated access w/security 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Parking is directly in front of your building–not across the street or in a high-rise tight parking garage! There are three pools, two polynesian style pools that are seasonally heated and the huge 6800 sq ft Lagoon pool with tropical islands and waterfalls. Each pool has it’s own jacuzzi hot tub. Enjoy a burger and your favorite beverage at the Lagoon poolside bar and grill, The Hangout, which is open March thru September.
