THIS UNIT INCLUDES TWO SETS OF FREE BEACH CHAIRS/UMBRELLA DURING SEASON(March 1-October 31)Long Beach Resort Tower 3-301 is a stunningly renovated three bedroom. Located in tower 3, there’s no better location in the resort. The unit has been recently purchased and the new owner has spared no expense in furnishing and decorating the unit. Brand new furniture, curtains, appliances, and heat reducing tint on the windows throughout the unit!!Beautiful travertine tile runs throughout the entire unit. The living room features plenty of seating on the brand new sofa, love seat, and chair. Along with a new flat screen TV, the living room has brand new room darkening curtains. The dining room table seats eight, with the ability to seat three at the breakfast bar. The kitchen has been completely remodeled, giving the unit a unique kitchen floorplan, with an island and opening the kitchen to the living room. The kitchen offers stainless steel appliances, including a beverage cooler, updated cabinets, and beautiful granite countertops and decorative backsplash. The master bedroom features a brand new king size bed, room darkening curtains, and a flat screen tv. The master bedroom offers a gorgeous walk-in shower with dual shower heads and a double vanity. The guest bedroom has two new queen size beds, room darkening curtains, and a flat screen tv. The guest bathroom also has a walk-in shower and dual vanity. The third bedroom also offers two new queen size beds, room darkening curtains, and flat screen tv. The third bathroom has a renovated shower/tub combo and a dual vanity.Long Beach Resort has gated access w/security 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Parking is directly in front of your building–not across the street or in a high-rise tight parking garage! Long Beach also offers plenty of parking for guests. There are three pools, two polynesian style pools that are seasonally heated and the huge 6800 sq ft Lagoon pool with tropical islands and waterfalls. Each pool has it’s own jacuzzi hot tub. Enjoy a burger and your favorite beverage at the Lagoon poolside bar and grill, The Hangout, which is open seasonally. Long Beach is conveniently located near all the great restuarants, golf courses, putt putt, kids attractions and don’t worry if you forget something, Wal Mart is just down the street and Pier Park is just a short, scenic drive down Front Beach Road!
