Rest on a very comfortable new queen-size bed that folds into the wall for a dedicated workspace or more living space when not in use. Your private outdoor patio offers a small yard, garden, and a four-person dining table with shade.You’ll access the Casita through your personal entrance and private gate.Location is everything, and Hidden Valley is a quiet neighborhood close to restaurants, shops, and the beach.Enjoy the newly completed Los Positas bike path on the provided 7 speed beach cruisers (stored in the shed). Follow this path directly to Hendry’s Beach where you can enjoy brunch with panoramic ocean views at upscale Boathouse Restaurant. In the opposite direction, a 7 minute drive, is downtown Santa Barbara with fine dining, boutiques, wine tasting, Stearns Wharf, Santa Barbara Bowl, theaters, art studios, and much more.We live next door so you may see us out front, but we will give you total privacy and will be reachable by text or phone call as needed.
