The primary suite has a king-sized bed and its own bathroom. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed. Bedroom 3 includes two twin beds and a full bathroom. This cozy beach home is a great place to relax and unwind. The back screened porch, overlooking the little freshwater lake is a perfect place to just kick back with your morning coffee, afternoon iced tea or enjoy evening sunsets.The layout is open and airy, with lots of light! A spacious great room with fireplace offers plenty of room for your whole group. Enjoy your meals in the lovely dining area seating 6. A well-equipped kitchen with breakfast bar seating is ready for whipping up a gourmet meal for everyone or just throwing together a quick omelette or sandwich whenever.At Sunset Dream, guests will have full access of Bay Creek amenities, including community swimming pool, tennis/pickleball courts, soft sand private beach, 350 acre Nature Preserve with trails & kayak launch. Also for an extra fee, guests can have access to the Life Center which has three pools, a slide, splashpad, and a state of the art Fitness Center. Currently the cost to access the Life Center is $75 per night for the entire duration of your stay. Forms are required to be filled out and payment made at time of booking for the Life Center access. You may book tee times at the Resort Guest Rate (currently $145 Mon-Thurs after 10AM and $145 Friday-Sunday and Holidays after 11AM). You will receive an email with a form to fill out & submit.
