Private mooring in front of property with ability to beach boat or use local wharf access. Fabulous location for kayakers and paddle boarders. Views of Portland Headlight and Eagle Island. Estes Restaurant in walking distance. Dolphin Marina Restaurant just across the bay only 5 minutes by boat or 10 minutes by car. Beaches are beautiful for sea glass searching. Amazing wildlife viewing: watch bald eagles and seals right from your living room. This home is well insulated with central heat & gas fireplace and is therefore available for year-round rental. Please note that our house did not suffer any damage during the 1/13/24 storm.
