Our 2800 FT2 home is 2 homes from the PO Yacht/Country Club and Long Island Sound and has water views from several rooms. Pine Orchard is a small ocean side community w/ homes close to one another. It’s important to us that our tenants respect our neighborhood and as such we do NOT allow parties to be held nor allow ANY occupancy above that stated in the reservation.Property Details: Large yard enclosed by picket fence.1st Floor: New kitchen w/ Stony Creek granite countertops, LR w/ new gas fireplace, TV/family room, 1/2 bath and large enclosed porch.2nd Floor: 3 BDRM’s and 3 baths (2 w/ tubs) and a walkout deck with water views.
