We purchased this property in October of 2013 and completed renovating the interior during the off season. The home is completely updated with new decor, furnishings, central air, plumbing and electrical.The cottage is located in an ideal location, a short walk to town, the ferry, the north shore beaches, and bike trails. There is a private back yard enclosed with a hedge where you can sit on the deck and watch the kids play on the lawn. The cottage features one level living, 2 bedrooms w/en suite bathrooms, and a master suite that is separated from the rest of the cottage by an enclosed breezeway.
