The large living area features a sleeper sofa, and a 65 inch Smart TV, and opens to the outdoor covered patio. The patio is nicely furnished with a gas grill, a table for 6, and 4 lounge chairs. This property has bamboo floors and ceramic tile throughout the home.The open floor plan includes a dining table for 6 and a pass-through to the fully equipped kitchen. Find all you need with granite countertops, custom cabinetry, stainless appliances, and a Keurig coffee maker. Enjoy entertaining guests and cooking meals in the beautiful kitchen. There are a full-size washer and dryer and a half bath in the hall.The spacious primary bedroom includes a King size bed, TV, and an attached bathroom with a whirlpool tub and a separate walk-in shower. The two guest rooms share a full bath in the hall. The first guest bedroom has a Queen size bed, the second has two twin beds, one with a trundle too! There is a guest half bath just off the kitchen.Private parking is available for 2 vehicles, below the building with access to an elevator. Wireless internet is available for guest convenience.NOTE: Parking garage has a 7-foot clearance, and oversized vehicles may not fit. No additional parking available.
