The living area features comfortable seating and opens up directly to the furnished patio, where you can enjoy your cup of coffee at the outdoor dining table with seating for 6 or kick back by the firepit with an evening cocktail. Back indoors, the dining table has seating for 6 and there’s additional seating for 3 at the breakfast bar. The kitchen is fully equipped with all you need and features all stainless appliances, a coffee maker, and granite countertops.The large main bedroom is furnished with a king-sized bed, a flat-screen TV, and direct access to the outdoor patio through sliding glass doors. The attached primary bath has a shower, a bathtub and two separate sinks. Bedroom 2 features a queen-sized bed as well as a twin-sized bed and a flat-screen TV. Bedroom 3 also has a queen-sized bed and a flat-screen TV. The two guest bedrooms share a full bathroom with a tub and shower combination. There is also a half bath in the hallway and a full-size washer and dryer. There is an additional blow-up mattress to allow for 8 guests. Guests enjoy added conveniences of gated entry into the parking area and covered garage parking for two vehicles.Brass Rail Condominium community is a Mediterranean-style gated complex on the South end of Tybee Island, about 30 yards from the main beach. You will be within walking distance to restaurants and nightlife, tons of shops, and the Tybee Pier. Community amenities include a private community pool, hot tub and a community picnic area.NOTE: The parking garage has a 7-foot clearance, and oversized vehicles may not fit. No additional parking available.
