Community amenities include two private community pools, a hot tub and a community picnic area.NOTE: The parking garage has a 7-foot clearance, and oversized vehicles may not fit. No additional parking available. No Smoking in any common areas, including pools, parking garages, walkways, and dog walking areas.MINIMUM NIGHT REQUIREMENTS: Minimum night requirements vary by property, dates of stay and usually become more lenient for last-minute bookings.PETS: This home is pet-friendly for up to two (2) adult dogs with approval. Cats are not allowed in any TVR property.
