The only common area is the entry hallway before proceeding to your unit.This unit is considered a one bedroom unit by the County of Kauai but functions like a studio as the ‘bedroom’ does not have walls.There is no formal kitchen with major cooking appliances nor a washer and dryer and we limit stays to 5 nights because of this.
