Outfitted with a fully stacked kitchen, bathroom and outdoor dining deck this will surely ease you into a comfortable stay like no other before grabbing the paddle boards and hitting the waves.Guest Access:Guests will have access to the entire condo and the tandem carport driveway to park directly off of PCH. There will be no one else on the property, unless otherwise discussed with you in advance.All 30+ day stays require mid stay cleaning by our professional housekeeping team. This is a full clean of the house and change of linens. We pay our cleaners a fair, livable wage and we always strive to hire the best, most reliable and honest cleaners in the business. This team in the backbone of our company, and they work tirelessly to ensure every stay is a clean one!The Neighborhood:15 minutes of the Santa Monica Pier to the East and 5 minutes away from Malibu pier to the West! Replacement costs will be charged to guests if items are not received within 10 days of check-out.PET FEES: For stays under 30 days, there is a non-refundable fee of $150 per pet. For 30+ stays, there is a non-refundable fee of $300 per pet. Damages and/or failure to pick up after your pet may result in additional charges at check out.Interaction with Guests:The Open Air Homes team is dedicated to making sure you have a great experience staying with us!
