The serene atmosphere of the space has all you need to create your own beachfront oasis and take you away from the buzzing city vibes. Located just off the PCH with direct access to the beach, yet still close to local shopping areas and eateries.The guests get to enjoy the ocean breeze from the main living space and kitchen while enjoying the best of the Californian sunsets. Outfitted with a fully stacked kitchen, bathroom and outdoor dining deck this will surely ease you into a comfortable stay like no other before grabbing the paddle boards and hitting the waves.Guest Access:Guests will have access to the entire condo and the tandem carport driveway to park directly off of PCH. There will be no one else on the property, unless otherwise discussed with you in advance.All 30+ day stays require mid stay cleaning by our professional housekeeping team. This is a full clean of the house and change of linens. We pay our cleaners a fair, livable wage and we always strive to hire the best, most reliable and honest cleaners in the business. This team in the backbone of our company, and they work tirelessly to ensure every stay is a clean one!The Neighborhood:15 minutes of the Santa Monica Pier to the East and 5 minutes away from Malibu pier to the West! Popular local restaurants include Nobu Malibu, Moonshadows, Mastro’s Steakhouse and Ocean Club, Paradise Cove Beach Cafe, Duke’s, Geoffrey’s, Malibu Farm Pier Cafe, Mr. Chow Malibu, Rosenthal Malibu Winery Estate and Beach Bar and Cafe at the Getty Villa. Close to Malibu Winery, Escondido Water Falls and The Grotto Water Falls.Getting Around:Most people choose to have a car when visiting Southern California. There are an abundant amount of unique and significant attractions within two hours of this home. If you’re an explorer, we recommend a car.If you’re the type that wants to arrive and relax at the house on your vacation, Uber and Lyft are readily available as well.Other Things to Note:The living room couch converts into a double sleeper sofa.
