This beautiful condo is owned and managed by Nancy and Jim Morgridge – we are able to provide individualized attention to make sure that you have the best vacation possible!This beautifully appointed 17th floor condo on the Beach with oversized balcony and beach front master bedroom is the place for you to have a wonderful vacation, work remotely and/or give your friends and family a vacation they will never forget! We offer Wifi to handle your internet needs. Under the building designated parking for one car makes it a quick trip to and from the car. We also own and manage VRBO 957664 if this condo is booked for your dates or if you are having a large group and would like to book both condos for your vacation.This condo sleeps a maximum of 6 people including infants per our HOA rules.******We do not rent to anyone under the age of 25****** No smoking or vaping ANYTHING in the condo, on the balcony or on the beach****No Pets.*****No RV’s, trailers, 2-wheel scooters, bubble cars, or golf carts allowed*****WE ALLOW SELF CHECK-IN – 6 disposable wrist bands and a parking pass for condo access will be in the condo waiting for you so that you can begin your vacation the minute you arrive! A second parking/access pass may be purchased in our HOA office for $40 for use in spaces across the street that are available on a first come first serve basis.CLEANING• Our cleaning team uses CDC cleaners to wipe down all frequently touches surfaces like counters, faucets, fan pulls, remote controls, tables and light switches. Trash cans have been sprayed with disinfectant.• We have wall mounted hand sanitizer stations for your convenience in the laundry room just inside the front door.This Circle of Excellence Winning condo in Tropic Winds is conveniently located about 13 miles from the Panama City (Northwest Beaches International Airport or ECP), 2 miles west of Pier Park and is about 7 miles east of 30A where you can take a scenic drive, rent bicycles, or shop and eat. Stores nearby are Publix, Winn Dixie, Target and the local Carousel Market with a gift and wine/liquor shop. This luxurious always Non-Smoking and pet free condo provides an oversized 10 X 28 Ft covered balcony, a striking beachside suite with balcony access and blackout drapes throughout the condo. The second bedroom has a king size bed and we also provide a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Beach service for 2 (2 lounge chairs, table and 1 umbrella) is also included in this rental from March 1st to October 31st.TV Service is provided by Firedog (FDTV) where you can watch and stream (your login) all of your favorite programs and movies and you may also enjoy Samsung TV’s channels.The kitchen is fully stocked with pots pans, crock pot and an Air Fryer and all that you need to prepare meals in the condo enjoy to enjoy inside or on the balcony (table for 6) while enjoying the beautiful gulf views.We understand you have many choices when deciding where to spend your vacation dollars.
