Enjoy a fireworks display from the lanai every Friday night.Beach is only few minutes away from door steps and many restaurants and shops in the area.Please note there is not a swimming pool in this condo. Many people find that since the condo is so close to the beach this is not a problem. There is a public parking garage next to to our building, and parking is currently $28 per day.Coin laundry is available on 8th floor in this property. From August of 2019, the coin laundry system has changed and would only accept payments by the “PayRange” app. Please download the app on your phone before using laundry.Please note that the beach towels and items are not provided in the unit.
