Our home may not be rented for weddings or parties. No chaperoned groups. At least half of the group must be over 25 years old.The Beach Club charges $25 per person per stay for ages 3 and up if you wish to use the amenities. This is payable directly to the Beach Club and is subject to change.Certain minimums apply to summer peak season, holidays, and spring break. Memorial Day to Labor Day has a 4 night stay minimum requirement. Generally, throughout the school year, there is a 3 night minimum stay requirement with the exception of holidays. Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year, and Spring Break require a 4 night stay.
